Section 1:

5kV main switch:

• Load switch 5kV 600A c/a 5kV DIN fuses (45mm x 292mm)
• Kirk-key interlock between door and switch to prevent opening under voltage
• Recessed handles to prevent from breaking during transport
• Removable protection grid to secure fuse changing
• Window (safety glass) for displaying the status of the switch contacts
• 3x LED high voltage presence indicators, installed directly at the 5kV switch input
• 3x 25mm MALT sockets on phase (load side of the 5kV switch) and 1x on the MALT outside the cabinet
• Allows the use of temporary MALT cable during work

Section 2:

Transformer 4160/600-347V “Delta-Wye”:

  • Primary sockets: 4x 2.5% (2FCAN+2FCBN)
  • Class H insulation 220°C
  • 150°C temperature rise
  • Primary: 4160V (Delta) BIL: 60kV
  • Secondary: 600-346V (Delta) BIL: 10kV

  • IZ: between 5.5% and 8.5%

• Neutral resistance 69 Ohm, 5A continuous
• Neutral resistance monitoring relay SE-330 with ER 600 and CT (in control compartment)
• Current and voltage transformers installed on the secondary side of the transformer

Section 3:

600V distribution panel:

• 1x LGS circuit breaker (25kA) 600A 3 poles with trip shunt
• 2x KD circuit breaker (25kA) 400A 3 poles with trip shunt
• 8x HFD circuit breakers (25kA) 200A 3 poles with trip shunt
• Padlocking device on all circuit breakers

Enclosure:

• Transportable vertically
